An Afghan national on the terror watchlist is reportedly back in federal custody after he was released on bond by a judge in San Antonio.
Mohammed Karwan initially crossed into the U.S. in 2023 but was not yet on the terror watchlist, U.S. Department of Homeland Security officials told Fox News.
Karwan was released into the U.S. as part of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s alternatives to detention program.
