BREAKING: House votes to expel Rep. George Santos

On Friday, the House of Representatives voted to expel Republican Rep. George Santos by a vote of 311 to 114.

The New York congressman's ouster reduces the GOP's majority in the House by one seat. "Two-thirds voted in the affirmative, the resolution is adopted," Speaker Mike Johnson announced. "The clerk will notify the governor of the state of New York of the action of the House."
